Leg Pain and Sciatica

Nerve roots that exit each side of the spine, gather and give rise to the nerves that descend into your legs. One of them is the Sciatic Nerve.
When a nerve root is “pinched” it triggers symptoms along the territory of the nerve it gives rise to; therefore, you feel it in the leg.
If this symptoms run along the sciatic nerve is called Sciatica.
In Typical Sciatica pain runs through the buttock, hamstring, calf to the bottom of the foot.
